To raise awareness
without shocking
PROBLEM
In 2024, TEC staff reported 180 assaults (verbal, physical, sexual…) A rising figure noted by all transit operators.
CHALLENGE
So far, the only response from TEC employees has been to go on strike. Unfortunately, these social movements do nothing to calm relations with users, who flood social networks with hateful messages in response. How can we break the cycle of hatred?
IDEA
Using the codes of social networks, we launched a video showing a strange altercation to say the least: during a ticket check, a passenger is extremely polite, while using gestures and a tone that evoke those of an argument.
